There are a couple of great ways I'd use Cloud CMA. The simple way is simply creating a quick market analysis for for either your potential buyer or seller prior to accepting any offer. If you're looking for a great marketing idea simply reach out to your client on a scheduled basis and get them a 'Quick and Dirty' CMA. This could be quarterly, monthly, or even once a year. This will allow your clients to see what is happening around their home and it will literally take you no more than a couple of minutes.
The other way I would use Cloud CMA as a lead generation device. Simply put a button like this on your website and wait for people to ask for a value.
