Cloud CMA - A Great Valuation Tool for Realtors

Cloud CMA I'm consistently being asked by Realtors how they can keep in touch with their clients while providing value. Well, the value of their client's asset, as in their home, is a great way to provide value and Cloud CMA makes it easy! 

There are a couple of great ways I'd use Cloud CMA. The simple way is simply creating a quick market analysis for for either your potential buyer or seller prior to accepting any offer. If you're looking for a great marketing idea simply reach out to your client on a scheduled basis and get them a 'Quick and Dirty' CMA. This could be quarterly, monthly, or even once a year. This will allow your clients to see what is happening around their home and it will literally take you no more than a couple of minutes. 

The other way I would use Cloud CMA as a lead generation device. Simply put a button like this on your website and wait for people to ask for a value.



This is an easy way to build your database as well as generating listings.
